About

Mission

IMG_2418.JPG

At Good Life Therapy, my mission is to create a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and better understand yourself. I believe therapy is not about changing who you are. It is about gaining the tools, insight, and confidence to move through life in a way that feels healthier and more meaningful to you.

Through a compassionate and individualized approach, we work alongside each client to navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and create lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to live.

Method

At Good Life Therapy, I believe meaningful change begins with understanding—not judgment.

My work starts by creating space to slow down and look honestly at what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we explore the experiences, relationships, thoughts, and patterns that influence how you see yourself and move through the world.

From there, therapy becomes a process of gaining clarity, building self-awareness, and making intentional choices about what comes next. I don't believe in simply checking boxes or giving you a list of things to fix. I believe in understanding the whole person and helping you recognize both the challenges you are facing and the strengths you already carry.

My approach is collaborative and individualized. Some clients come to therapy looking for support through a difficult season. Others are ready for deeper personal growth, healthier relationships, greater confidence, or a clearer sense of direction.

Wherever you begin, the goal is the same: to help you understand yourself more deeply, move through life with greater intention, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are and where you want to go.

Credentials

Master's in Counseling

University of Richmond

Graduate training in counseling provides the foundation for thoughtful, ethical, and client-centered therapeutic care. This training supports a deeper understanding of mental health, human behavior, relationships, and the many factors that shape how we experience life.

Master’s in Executive Leadership

Liberty University

A background in executive leadership brings an additional perspective to the work, with an understanding of communication, decision-making, personal development, and the challenges that can come with leadership and responsibility.

Client-Centered Care

Every person comes to therapy with a different story. Good Life Therapy takes an individualized approach, creating space to understand where you are, what you need, and where you want to go.

Continued Growth

Good therapy requires continued learning. Ongoing professional development helps ensure that care remains thoughtful, informed, and responsive to the needs of each client.

A Collaborative Approach

You know your life and your experiences better than anyone. Therapy is a collaborative process, and the work is done alongside you, not simply for you. Together, we can identify patterns, build insight, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful change.

Achievements

My work has been recognized for its impact on clients' lives and the community. I take pride in the positive outcomes achieved through therapy and the transformative journeys of individuals towards mental wellness.
